With nothing similar for me to try on to decide if my idea looked good on my hand, they designed a ring for me, based on the info I gave them. After they made it, they let me take it home and take time to decide if I liked it. I changed my mind, and we started all over again. Then I changed my mind again, and changed my mind, and changed my mind. Each time they let me take it home wear it, and decide. Each time, they let me bring it back, no extra charges, no questions asked. They just wanted me to be happy. Now, I have the ring I love. Unbelievable customer service! Thank you!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of the merchandise and the quality of the service. If you're looking for lower priced, run-of-the-mill pieces, then I advise you to go to a chain jewellry store. You get what you pay for, and all of the pieces in this store are top of the line, high end, with many custom made. I won't go anywhere else.
