Made this account just to post this review, my girlfriend and i are regular customers at this location, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the ladies there, we actually live in Hamilton and come to this location simply because of the staff. they are always so helpful and make us feel very comfortable. even with the pandemic going on they go out of their way to help us, i think its great that they require masks, as someone with a health issue it makes me feel safe to shop. Thank you for always providing the best service!

Visit this store often! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help! I read and am disappointed in the review posted below, to her I say - it's the way our new normal is.... everyone should wear a mask, if you can't then stay home and shop from there! Why should you be allowed in without a mask when everyone else wears one for the safety of other customers and staff! And then you take it out on the staff who I will remind you DON"T make the rules!!! Shame on you!

My girlfriends and I went in last Saturday for a long needed ladies night, Staff was amazing, the girls created such a fun shopping experience; and made us feel so comfortable, we tried their surprise bags and were very pleased with the stuff inside would recommend to anyone in need of a fun night, especially in these times.

Came in last weekend with my hubby for our anniversary and we were blown away with the variety of products as well as the knowledge of the ladies working. Even though they were really busy they took the time to check on us and answer all our questions, when we cashed out the clerk even went as far to give us a little demo on our purchase. Overall amazing experience and we can't wait for our next trip to Niagara.

Went in unsure of what i actually wanted, the Lady working " Amy" was amazing, she was so helpful and not pushy at all. She walked me through all the items and answered all my questions. she made me feel so comfortable, can't wait for our next visit!
