(June 20, 2019, 10:30 pm)Great gym and wonderful friendly staff, but the only downfall is the hours on weekends closes way too early and the change rooms need a lot of TLC I seen gross stuff one night and the cleaner was in there “cleaning while I was changing and when I went back two nights later it was still there. That makes me think this place doesn’t get cleaned properly.

(May 20, 2019, 11:14 am)I recently signed up for a family membership deal where i can bring a guest in and i have to say that this time around when we went in for renewal was done very sloppy and they didn't understand what my family and i wanted to purchase however, i met with Jordan and i think he's fantastic. Very easy going and catered to my requests. All the male staff there are good. I always get a nice smile and greeting when i walk in the door and when i leave, and i also attend the aerobic classes they offer which i think is a great deal. I've been coming here for years and i love this gym! I used to attend Goodlife until i found this place. Definitely worth every penny.

(May 2, 2019, 12:21 am)Great facility with nice members and staff. Lots of equipment and almost never a wait even during busy times.
Personal training is excellent.
The monthly rates are reasonable. Conveniently located in central of Niagara Falls.
Lots of parking. Nice lap pool, hot tub and sauna.
Great change rooms. -

(February 23, 2019, 1:17 am)I have been a member at this gym for almost one year now. This is a great gym with lots of great equipment. The staff members are nice and very professional. My only complaint is the dude walking around wearing a skimpy red muscle shirt ....yuck! There should be some kind of dress code, no tacky looking muscle shirts allowed!
