The receptionist is very helpful and front desk staff is always willing to help and test my water samples. My family and I have been trusting them with our pool for 30+ years. We wouldn't dare go elsewhere. Thanks KANDU.

The hot tub was delivered on time and placed where we wanted and all packaging removed. Sandra was been great to deal with, very professional and helpful. We are looking forward to using our hot tub for years to come and to using Kandu Pools for any of our Hot Tub needs

We were lucky enough to secure a hot-tub this year when they were as rare as hens’ teeth but had to store it until our backyard was ready. This was no problem for Kandu, they housed our tub in their showroom for around four weeks and used that time to showcase its style and beauty to other customers.
When delivery time came the guys showed up on time and left us without any mess or fuss.
I highly recommend Kandu and especially Sandra. She is truly a star in Customer Service! -

Every step of the process was handled wonderfully with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. We had some minor issues with the unit, but Sandra (she is a delightful person) and the team made sure it was repaired with minimal effort from us. We would highly recommend that you take the time to talk with them regarding your pool/spa needs. You will not be disappointed.
