I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis several years ago, and began my journey to recover some agency over my chronic illness, through improved fitness. Isabelle’s chair yoga practice has been a key component towards fulfilling this goal. She is a gifted teacher, whose knowledge about senior fitness allows her to customize every class to a specific area of the body.
When Covid shut down our in-person classes, she began to offer online sessions, allowing us to continue our guided practice. I love everything about Isabelle’s commitment to yoga and to her students!
