As first time home buyers we didn't even know where to start with the mortgage process, but Irma & Ellen helped us understand everything that was going on. They helped keep our stress levels down with constant communication throughout the entire thing! So much appreciated. They worked fast as well! which is needed in this market, every minute counts!
We are now moving into our new home next month! and want to thank you ladies for all that you've done for our family. -

She cut thru all the legal terms in an easy to understand way that wasn't confusing and was willing to explain the whole process step by step. When it's time to renew my mortgage I will be calling Irma.

Both Irma and Ellen were easy to talk to, and responded to me very quickly. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us to get us into our first home :)

Our experience was nothing but exceptional as she is efficient, an excellent communicator and compassionate when it comes to dealing with your finances. We had a new mortgage product suggested to us (that will serve us well, indeed) and she was always confident that the process going along as usual. This was the highlight of 2020 for us and might even be "life saving" as we continue to plug away at this pandemic.
We definitely would recommend her services and will continue to work with Irma and her office in the future. -
