(December 31, 2020, 4:56 pm)The workers at the location Portage Rd,Niagara Falls are always respectful, kind and soft spoken. The imaging tech I last saw directed me through what she was doing because she saw I was a little uncomfortable with a certain ultrasound, she was very kind.
Overall, I never leave thinking that I had a terrible experience. -

(December 15, 2020, 10:55 pm)Staff very friendly and the ultrasound technician (Henry) was very friendly and professional and very patient and caring. I have been to few other's but none of the experience were like this! The only downside is they only have paid parking, $4. It would be reasonable to have a free parking lot for customers.

(November 16, 2020, 7:10 pm)I don't usually leave reviews, but I get the impression that there are women who are preferring not to book with male technicians. I have had both x-rays and ultrasounds with male technicians at both GNMI locations in Niagara Falls and have felt completely comfortable every time. The male technicians have been utmost professionals and put me completely at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to book any of my imaging with a male technician at GNMI.
