(February 1, 2017, 9:39 pm)Wow! This is not your normal bank. Financials can be a scary thing and Donna Farr made me feel very comfortable and safe. She worked hard for me, even though I don't have a lot of money or big accounts to bring over. She cared about me and helping me reduce my debts over time, without a bunch of fees or penalties for trying to get myself ahead (something the big banks don't actually want you to do). Thank you Donna, thank you FOCU. I am so very happy/confident/relieved/excited about my choice to change financial institutions. I'm floored that "the man" really doesn't feel like he's there... And I love that!
