Good hotel to stay. Pricey but got a good deal. Breakfast at the keg was good and the view of the falls was spectacular

Great hotel and friendly staff. Loved the room and view of the falls. The Buffett breakfast is alright considering its complimentary. The only complaint I would have is the toilet paper is like sand paper.

I decided to go to Niagara falls for a four night stay. Drove there tired and only source was coffee to stay awake! When destination was reached was greeted immediately and directions on where to park. I had found this quite lovely because I was basically a angry zombie driving a car from my six hour drive from Pennsylvania. When you go inside it's this huge packed lobby! Lucky enough there was 5-10 reception at the front desk and they knew what the heck they were doing. I went up to the elevator and placed my luggage in the room. I had the falls view and it was quite lovely! I had gone down to the 9th floor to get complimentary snacks and drinks. I'll tell you this, you need to go early to even get a seat because that hotel has over 30 floors and you can imagine how packed it would be. I didn't appreciate rude people standing behind or in front of me on their phone checking their twitter waiting me for me to leave. I really wanted to ask what's your problem. Next to the hotel there are tons of resturants and I enjoyed very much! Recommended
