He has been there for us in every way, not only with the sale and purchase of our homes, but with whatever we might need to get settled in our new space. Ed is very efficient and good at his job, but also kind, generous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

(May 26, 2021, 1:31 pm)I listed and sold my house with Ed and could not be more pleased, he goes above and beyond. There are no pretenses with Ed. He is honest, forthright and gives 100+%. Ed is very professional but yet very down-to-earth. You know that he is going to give you the straight goods. When my home sold I knew it was in large part due to the hard work and diligence that he and his wife Dawn (whom staged my home beautifully for me ) did. I was not only extremely pleased with the results but Ed was there explaining each offer with care and detail for me guiding but not rushing my all important decision. Ed is very knowledgeable about the tiny details involved in home sales. I recommend him highly , give Ed a call you'll be glad you did!

(May 25, 2021, 5:21 pm)Ed Small is an amazing Realtor who works very hard for his clients! He helped us every step thorough out the process and answered all of our questions quickly and (patiently!). He takes very good care of his clients and does his best for them. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and we had several offers come in. Ed helped us choose carefully and wisely giving us all the options. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ed Small again!
