Rana walked us into the Service Department and introduced us to the ladies that we will interface with for all of our service needs:). And Kyle was very knowledgeable going through the features of the car and answering all of our questions. They are a positive professional thorough team with a strong focus on the customer experience and attention to detail. We walked into Rana's office to a fully prepared package that was well executed and simply awaited our signature. In and out, no waiting in line... just the way it should be. (June 26, 2019, 11:46 am)I have a 2015 Kia Soul, bought brand new at cardinal Kia, and let me tell you this car is my soul, I absolutely love everything about my car, unfortunately my soul decided to be a bit complicated, so complicated it took a month to figure out what was happening, but I do need to say Matt Butcher and his team went above and beyond to fix the problem, the professionalism and kindness will always be remembered. The customer service is outstanding. Majid is a fantastic salesman and not at all pushy or demanding. He will never try to sell you something you cannot afford or that he doesn’t think is right for you. It is because of him and the other employees that I will continually come back and highly recommend him and the dealership to everyone I meet. The cars are pretty fantastic as well. ????
