Lived there for 2 years, very nice place.
Clean building apartment in a quiet neighborhood. My mother in law didn't have any problem living in this apartment. Andrew has been very efficient and helpful in attending to the upkeep of her place.
The building is very clean. Andrew was very kind and patient. He assisted to all requests I made. Thank you Andrew for your services.
The building has had a lot of work done in the past few years. Andrew the super is very accommodating and kind. He always asks and updates you of any situations relating to you residence when he sees you around. Many thanks to him and all the staff there.
Sincere appreciation to Imperra Building Management, Andrew our Superintendent his attention to detail, the building is sparkling clean. Willingness to assist me today even though he was extremely busy with contractors onsite is very appreciated, he came immediately resolved the problem.
