My husband and I just want to thank Bob Pepin for doing such an amazing job on our windows. This is our second time having Bob install and we are so impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism. He is a great mentor to his assistants, demonstrating patience and guidance. Our existing single hung windows were well past their prime as we were experiencing small leaks and wall damage as a result. We had met and requested estimates from several of the “big name” window manufacturers. We asked family and neighbours about their experiences with these name brands and were surprised to hear that they were generally unhappy with their windows. So we continued to shop around. That is when we ran across AC Vinyl. Nicki in the office was amazing, she took the time to show us all the features of the windows, and then took us for a tour of the manufacturing facility. She then arranged for their salesman Mike to come out and provide us with an estimate. Mike’s wealth of knowledge was vast, and he didn’t mind sharing it with us. After meeting with Nicki and Mike, we were confident of our decision to move ahead. A C Vinyl prices are competitive with the big brand “builder’s basic” but the windows far superior in quality and features. The installation process was also straight forward. The old single-hung windows including the full frames and window casing were removed and our new casement windows installed in one day. Jake our installer, was efficient and very respectful of our home and gardens. The new windows look amazing! We could not be happier and are already getting prices to have more windows replaced.

My journey started by having a sit down with Mike who is one of the salesman for AC Vinyl windows and let me tell you, Mike sure knows his stuff. After speaking about almost every aspect of windows regarding their types and quality levels he then encouraged me to speak to the other companies to get alternative quotes and specifications of their windows. Not only is AC Vinyl competitive in both quality and price, they seem to be more knowledgeable than most other companies. I agreed to replace 5 upstairs windows first just to make sure they function and work as good as explained. Jake was our installer and he does an awesome job in all aspects of the job including removal, replacement, and job site cleanup. We were so impressed with the quality of the windows as well as the quality of the installation we decided to do the rest of our house which was just recently completed. As we replaced most of our windows with casement (they used to be double hung) we love how good they look and how great they function. We also love the fact that it seemed to have made a difference immediately regarding the temperature fluctuations in the house or rather lack of fluctuations now. I will revisit this again after the winter as we will see how they are during that season but I expect they will be incredible based on the high quality of each window. It should be added that we did full frame replacement of ALL windows which means they take it all out so that the original framing is all that is left. If you are looking to replace windows in your house I would highly recommend A.C. Vinyl. And if you go to their facility you can have a tour of the place by the owner, Frank, who is so friendly and will answer any questions you have.

Mike is very knowledgeable and did the quote on site, Nikki was very helpful and had the paperwork sent right away. Paul and his helper did an amazing install job and they took all of their debris away. The windows look great, operate easily and are extremely easy to clean! Would highly recommend AC Vinyl! Way better than what you’ll get from the big box stores on all levels!
