Always get an experienced lawyer to read over the entire agreement and point out anything that you should be aware of, especially if you are a first time buyer. Pre-construction is unique to other real estate transactions. You need to get that done within the first 10 days which is called the “cooling off period” in which you can cancel without penalty.
You will not regret getting a good law firm to safeguard possibly the largest investment of your life. Prices are fairly competitive. Don’t only look for the closest or cheapest real estate lawyer. Get the agreement to purchase in electronic form so you can email it to a law firm. -
