(February 3, 2019, 1:31 pm)I was not feeling good about things in life and decided to attend counselling sessions of Bayridge Counselling Centre as I had heard about it a lot. In only two sessions I started feeling relieved and gained both insights and strategies about how I can feel about the scenarios around. I was allowed to express myself there.
