Understandable that the phone is always busy. My spouse and I have had excellent care from Dr. Ephrat, even had him do a house call for my husband who has more serious issues than me. During COVID, he called us a few times to follow up on our questions. Thank you, Dr. Ephrat.
As for Dr. Marchi, when Dr. Ephrat was unavailable, he called me from home as he was self-isolating due to exposure to someone with Covid symptoms and advised me on what to do next and even started me on some meds.
