(October 14, 2019, 4:34 am)She is a very good at grooming and making the dogs look great but she needs to work on her professional manners. We had asked her brush his teeth and trim his nails which she did not do. She also took over 4 hours to groom him which in the 5 years we've been getting him groomed at other salons, he has always taken in between 2-1/2 to 3 hours even when he was matted. She is not very personable. This is not a negative review we just want to let people know what to expect when contacting her.

(May 31, 2018, 7:03 pm)We got our Shihtzu groomed here a few weeks ago and she did a wonderful job! My dogs never been so happy at a grooming when I returned for him! He was in a cute cut, smelled great and was complete with a tie!! Ill be returning with all my dogs!

(July 29, 2015, 10:30 pm)Best Groomer we have ever been to. We are here on vacation with our dog and he came up with fleas. Yuck. They were very helpful, fit Rusty into the schedule and gave him a flea bath. I have never seen him come back so well groomed from any of the groomers back home. Wish Huline's Haven was in Oakville. We would go there every time.
