Pediatric Urgent Care

Hit and Miss here.
The receptionist is nice 2/3's of the time. If you catch her on a good day then all is well, but the other times make it unwelcoming to be here.

Same with the doctors. The older doctors have a lot more compassion and care, but each of the younger ones just seem to want to take in as many patients as possible and then kick you out without a proper diagnosis.

Very impressed and happy with the service I received. Like any medical facility I attend, I call first before visiting to ensure that someone will be available (within a 1/2 hour to an hour). I called af 6:50pm and was advised that the last patient is registered in at 7:30, and the waiting room was currently empty.
I got my daughter who presented with a fever of 103, and got there as fast as I could, arriving at 7:30 exactly. The receptionist/nurse was friendly and spoke nicely with my ill child.
The doctor was great, explained every he was checking to my child.
For my first tome my experience was pleasant, and I would definitely revisit at another time.
My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit tight, or the room we were in, but the care was fantastic.

I am very grateful for this Clinic and have visited it a few times. The wait times are reasonable considering it is busy and the doctor works out of two rooms. I have seen two different doctors and both of them are genuinely caring, warm, professional, thorough and accurate when other clinics have not been. They also take the time to listen to all your concerns and address each one. Thank you today to Dr. Mohammed for helping us finally figure out what has been wrong with our son.
