(August 5, 2018, 1:53 am)Dr. Lai is very skilled, humble and gentle. I had surgery on my ear and it went extremely well. I am know able to swim and do activities I could not before. I was very anxious pre surgery since I had my appointment over two years before. I really liked how Dr. Lai helped ease my anxiety about the surgery before hand and follows up with his patients immediately after the surgery. He also did an excellent job giving me post surgery instructions about the activities I could and could not do.

(May 7, 2018, 3:19 pm)Dr. Lai is very caring for his patients and listens to every one of your concerns (whether they are relevant or not). He did everything he could for me and the issues I was having and helped me find a solution. He also performed my tonsillectomy and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be before and after the surgery. I would definitely recommend him as an ENT to anyone in need.

(March 14, 2018, 8:37 pm)Very pleased with my appointment with Dr.Lai. The office staff is very pleasant and the facility impressive for testing hearing and very clean. Dr. Lai resolved my ear iissue with a procedure that took only a moment. The doctor is thoughtful and listens to your concerns.I would highly recommend him. The only problem is that it took several months to get an appointment, not his fault but just the demand is great on this specialist.
