(December 26, 2018, 4:18 pm)My Wife and I recently purchased a gently used 50" tv from her work that included a VESA wall mount, but the bolt screws that came with it were far too big to screw into wood studs (it had previously been mounted on a cement wall with massive anchors). After a wasted trip to Home Depot and very unfriendly and unhelpful staff, in a last ditch effort I came here and explained what I needed. Within less than 2 minutes I had 4 bolt screws and anchors in my hand, free of charge. This is how you do business. Next time I need audio/video electronics or accessories, this will be the first stop on my list.
