  I will have to disagree with the other reviews!
  The staff was lovely, the technician was very sweet and let me look at the screen the whole time (except for gender since I asked to only be told when hubby was in the room) and told us the gender no problem. I was asked to go back because she couldn’t get perfect pics of the heart because of baby’s position which I’m ok with because it proves she was thorough and wanted the best. Would definitely recommend!
  They were going to be late so they called me an hour before to let me know I could come later so I didn’t have to wait around. Very professional and courteous of them.

  I'm really surprised about all the bad reviews. My visits have always been lovely! I've had the same technician each time and she is always super nice and making sure I'm comfortable. Cant remember her name but my appts have always been after work. I also like how you can sign up and see the ultrasound images online.

  Clean facility , an efficient and cheerful service. I would suggest complainers compare services here to that provided in other WH X-Ray Oakville locations.
