Both the front end staff and back end staff are very approachable and professional. I have been coming here for a while now, and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
All my questions are answered in a way I can understand, and the care I receive by the dentist and support staff is excellent!

Can't be more grateful for my new smile.
I had some very old crowns on my top front teeth for 30, 35 years or so that I had gotten done when I was young. Over the years, they have gotten discolored and gray (because part of it had to be made of metal). I was really unhappy with my smile for a long time now but the thought of changing them always made me nervous. I finally found enough courage to start looking around for a good dentist and this office and Dr. Han was recommended by my neighbours! From my very first visit for an exam, the office made me feel very welcome. The front desk ladies are so nice and kind, the hygenist who did my cleaning was thorough and gentle (the TV on the ceiling is a nice touch). And Dr. Han was very gentle and knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable starting work on my front teeth. Price I was quoted was fair. I am writing my review today after my new porcelain crowns were put in. Virtually painless all throughout. She made me feel at east at every step (and this is coming from someone who shuddered at the thought of someone cutting into my crowns on my FRONT TEETH). Dr. Han and her assistant make such a great team, the friendliest!! Beautiful result and I am so so happy today. Thank you so much to the whole office. I walked out with a brand new smile!!
Been too many dentists. Great Lakes Dental Care rates among the best. Why? My regular dentist there is dr. Nightingale. Very friendly, takes his time, explains every step of what is happening during the process. He is highly knowledgeable in dentistry, orthodontics and medicine in general. 5 stars. I also like the hygenists, front desk staff is super. They dont call you too nag you every few weeks to 'remind' you your due for a cleaning. Thanks.

Went there with an emergency because it was close to my home, treatment was immediate and complete. Prices reasonable, the doctor and staff knowledgeable and very helpful. Apart from fixing whatever was wrong, they managed also to convey the message that they cared for my problems. I have rarely - if ever - seen this level of customer care in the last 15 years. Highly recommended.
