Dr. Dhillon is a good doctor who is knowledgeable and has the people skills to make appointments useful. He takes the time to listen to patients needs and cincerns, as well as provide education on next steps in the care plan and expectations moving forward.
BUT with that said I have had many issues with staff, specifically the secretaries working for him at Palermo. The secretary workers, especially one woman whose name I don't know, can be very rude and matter of fact. They will not hesitate to correct, or reprimand accidental/improper inquiries or questions, and are in general just rude and unpleasant. Honestly I'm often anxious calling the office and speaking with them, but doctor Dhillon is worth the trouble to have as a physician.
