Urban Automotive

I originally took my car into Urban Automotive for an oil change and multi point inspection as I knew my brakes were needing some work. Urban Automotive gave me a full report explaining each issue and even listed them in priority. I’ve had a few things done lately and must say that Mike and his team are fantastic. I don’t know much about mechanics but now I understand them a lot better thanks to Anthony and Ian reviewing the pieces with my directly. I feel comfortable with Urban Automotive and I’m not worried about being overcharged or fixing something that didn’t need to be fixed. They are honest, reliable, friendly and thorough. I won’t take my SUV anywhere else now!

Great people and great service from Urban Automotive. One of the value adds is the in-depth reports that are provided. Very handy to know what items may be required down the road so you can plan out your vehicle maintenance.

Great service! Everything was very transparent, pictures were sent of what work was needed and communication was fluid. I did not have to do any follow up. I really appreciated the shutter service too.

This is the 2nd time I have had my car serviced here and all I can say is “Wow”! The first time was for a basic service but this time I called Monday requesting an appointment and was able to bring it in on Tuesday to replace my bald tires and brakes. Sadly, my car due to miles also required quite a bit of other service and yet all was completed in just over a day and was done well. I am so impressed! My car is driving like a new vehicle again. I found a nail in my tire and emailed Urban Automotive to see if they could get me in quickly. Mike got back to me right away even after they closed to let me know to come in the morning so they can fix it. They were super polite and the communication by text while your car is being serviced is great! They even did a courtesy inspection which they send to you as well and I noticed this morning they vacuumed my car floors! Prices were great and the tire was fixed in no time. Will definitely recommend Urban Automotive to everyone!
