We were quite comfortable with him as he listened to our wants and needs and delivered as promised. The entire process from becoming pre-approved with the help of his associates to the house showings and closing the deal was stress free. My family and I would like to sincerely thank Hasan and his team for going above and beyond to ensure that we got our dream home. We highly recommend The Farooqui Team!!!

He has been a strong support when it came to buying a house. There were times when we lost hope, but he never did and always knew something or the other will work for us. I know this won’t be our forever Home, but 1 thing I know for sure, when it’s time to sell this property he is the one doing that for us. And Help us assist again in buying our FOREVER home!!

Hasan’s level of professionalism and expertise is second to none. He handled the purchase of our home as if it was his own, he treated our purchase with the upmost standards. He always provided honest advise with no pressure or obligation. Hasan is very knowledgeable of the market and with his large roster of listings he always remembered all conversations which is commendable. We have literally seen close to 40+ houses, but Hasan never lost his cool. He was calm and patient when it came to be listening to our needs and demands of how we want our new house. He was always professional and answered all our questions no matter how many I had day and night! He has been a friend to us giving us suggestions when it came to buying a house. He was not the one who will push you to buy a property for the sake of closing a property, but he will be the one who will help you with the pros and cons of the property you are buying, which will help you in making a final decision. He worked with us on the best strategies having our best interest always. We are happy that we made the decision of buying this property with Hasan!!

We were able to find our new home in the span of two weeks thanks to his professional advice, experience, and dedication. He gave us his undivided attention and he understood what we wanted very quickly, which we couldn’t be more appreciative of. As one of his clients, I can confidently say that he is incredible at creating a comfortable atmosphere and like many others have expressed, he was like a long-term friend of mine. When I met Hasan, it seemed like we had known him for years. We felt like we were his only clients, always his first priority.
Hasan is very down to earth and knows exactly what he is doing.
Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family.
I knew the process would be somewhat unique due to Covid-19.
Through every step, Hasan was our biggest advocate, supporter, sounding board and provide guidance on our search as we would imagine a friend would do.
He gave expert advice, gave honest feedback and fought for our rights as the buyers when necessary. He never hesitated to answer the seemingly endless questions we had as first-time home buyers.
