I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Neena. The vibe of the Oakville spa is so serene - relaxing music, clean, nice room. Neena does a great job - I’ve had a lot of facials done and she was gentle during the extraction part. My face was so smooth and clear of all white heads after. The best part is the massage at the end - she is a PRO. Better than getting a professional massage! I will definitely go again.

I received a deep pore cleansing facial. It was so nice as Neena was able to deep clean my face and it was not painful. I will definitely come back and try out the other facials. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with Neena at Soulspring Spa. The facilities are upscale and clean, located at the back of a fancy salon. Neena was friendly and professional at all times, and very easy to talk to which made things that much more relaxing. This was my first time ever getting a facial, but comparing my experience to what I've heard from others, it exceeded my expectations. The deep cleaning facial was thorough - my face was steamed and cleansed, treated with a high frequency machine that I can't quite remember the name of, and various masks and serums were applied before the product removal step with hot towels. Neena made the extractions as painless as possible,and she also gave me a great head, neck and shoulder massage while the mask was on. I would highly recommend Soulspring Spa and Neena to anyone interested in feeling pampered and rejuvenated!

I visited the salon and got a facial done by Neena who did an amazing job! She is professional in her work and very sweet. I’ve done lots of facials I’m so many places but never like the one that Neena does.

Nina is a very a kind individual who genuinely cares for her client. I had swelling on my face so wasn't able to get the facial done and she was flexible to give me a different service @ the same price. She is very accommodating, punctual and tries to do the best for her clients.
