  Had a great experience with a cashier the other day named Dora. About time that this store hires someone who’s friendly and realizes that the customer is important and someone who is there to bother them. About time that management there hired a good and smart person. Maybe she can teach the other employees how to smile and be friendly.

  Small Rona, has a good selection of what you need. My only mediocre experience here was buying hardwood floors, because the wooden planks are kept outdoors and you can see some weather-related damage from sun and rain water on 1% of the planks. Not a huge deal.

  I didn’t see others mention this but for me and many professionals, Rona is my go to place for wood products. This location has a huge lumber yard and warehouse, so don’t be fooled by the smaller store size. The quality of their lumber in particular and most construction materials/tools are superior to Home Depot. I’ve not been disappointed yet with my buys at this store.
  
  I do agree with others about the service too, their good but can be a bit slow because of the small number of staff on hand.
