I have been to many hair salons in the Oakville area and I can tell you that Locks By Clarke is the absolute best! The gentleman who cut my hair did a splendid job cutting my hair and giving me a fresh new look! He is very skilled and was very professional! He was very nice to talk to and had a great positive attitude! The best part was I got all of this for an amazingly good price! I would highly recommend going here to get your hair done!
