Great facility, new modern and clean. Staff were good. Lost a star for expensive pay parking.
Found the lab on the 2nd floor of the medical building beside the hospital. Premises were clean. The staff were courteous and professional. I was offered the opportunity to register and see my results on-line. I was in and out in a few minutes.
Deducting one star only because I had to pay for parking. No reason to pay here when all the other labs I’ve been to have free parking.
Amazing Life Labs location. My doctor is luckily in the same building at 3075 Hospital Gate so it is convenient when I have an appointment to stop by for lab tests. The location is very clean, a lot of seating in the waiting area and everything is very orderly. Staff is friendly, efficient and always ensures I do not wait for a long time. There is a fee for parking however compared to other Life Labs locations (I've been to a lot!) this one surely stands out as great!
