Great experience with PETER (Nov 2020). No time wasted with separate foot soak. Peter did the shoulder massage while my feet were soaking, and he applied lots of pressure and hit all the right spots for the ensuing reflexology. He worked hard, is very skilled and cared that I had a good experience!
THERAPISTS - skilled and polite. Sometimes you need to ask for more pressure, which they are usually quick to adjust.
GETTING AN APPT - this is one of the best spas to get in same day. They are open long hours and are easy to communicate with by phone or text. Prompt replies.
RELAXING MUSIC - need to get this wired throughout the whole spa, not just in the lobby where clients can't hear it.
LOUD TALKING & NOISE - therapists need to speak much more quietly with each other (or better yet, not at all when with a client), and not bang doors when entering and exiting therapy rooms... basic spa etiquette that really needs to be addressed here, as other reviewers have pointed out.
OVERALL - a great spa, easy to get an appointment, polite and skilled therapists (but you may need to give them instructions to suit your needs), can be noisy at times. -

(November 10, 2020, 6:45 pm)It's my go to spa whenever I'm in the area. I like the fact they have some girls from their sister spa in Richmond Hills where I have my package deal. Always well kept, spotless and most of the girls can provide a good RMT quality massage. Two thumbs up.

(August 25, 2020, 5:57 pm)I am 30 weeks pregnant and was in desperate need of good foot massage - this place was it! I got a 1 hour neck/shoulder and foot massage and Peter did a wonderful job! Clean space, kind and respectful staff and great price. I'll be back next week!

Today I took my bf for a couples massage and the ladies were so nice, professional and honestly amazing at what they do! I walked out thinking it was the best massage I’ve ever received same with my bf too. Will 100% keep coming back! Also love that they are able to accommodate appointments last minute or the day of.
