Traditional medicine told me my results were “normal” when I knew something was wrong. I am thankful a friend referred me to IHH as his wife had the same issues. Integrated wholistic medicine makes complete sense.
It takes time to get the tests done and to get the results. If you are open minded and acknowledge that it is a several pronged approach (healing mind, body, and lifestyle changes) then you will experience improvements. If you are sceptical of alternative medicine or looking for a quick fix or cure all drugs this may not be the place for you.
Dr. Prouse (chief medical officer) and Dr Spector (naturopath) are both knowledgeable and very helpful. They also recommend other practitioners as part of your treatment.
I am incredibly thankful and grateful to my doctors and all the great staff at IHH. Were it not for them I would still be ill.
This practice is effectively managed by a physician who understands that health is a complicated matrix and therefore has to be approached from all angles simultaneously. As a physician myself, I admire Dr. Prouse's approach and hope that more doctors will start to treat health and wellness in this way.
