Let me just say that if you want a G2 Licence in 17 weeks this is IT! The man who was an inspiration for our class, John Spridzans! If it wasn't for this man I would not continue for G2 since I had a full time job already and working night shift. After I finished my shift at 6:00 am I would jump on my bike from Toronto to attend the class, in a happy mode every day. Our class started in first week of May to get G3 and we all continued for G2 and got it in September.
His teaching is based in his experience. He teaches old school stile, yes writing on the board and you must take notes if you want to pass. His routine is: new module, study, homework open ended questions and test (multiple questions, TSSA format). Every single module has this routine, 24 of them (G3+G2).
He will not move to the next schedule until everyone in the class has understood the module. You can ask as many questions as you want during the class if you are not clear about it.
The best of it all is one week review in the end of the course. I call it "The week of suffering". Please, Please don't miss this week! This week review will prepare you for the test and it will make the TSSA Exam looks like a walk in the park for those who go to the park, and an ice cold beer in a hot, sticky day for those who like beer.
I personally would advice those young kids who finish high school and want to take a year off to go to university. Please consider this trade licence. If you start in January, in 17 weeks you will have a G2 licence. You will be glad to have a trade licence.
The workshop is another success story. I will not say much about it because you have to go and see it for yourself. Take a tour of the shop.
