(November 14, 2020, 12:34 am)My favourite gym! Great location with plenty of parking. The gym is spacious with lots of machines and activities to choose from. The staff are friendly and the Manager (Aaron) is helpful to resolve some minor adjustments on my membership. During pandemic, staff are consistently cleaning and sanitizing equipments and machines. I wish other members do their part by being considerate wearing a mask while walking around so we can all be safe and healthy ??

(October 28, 2020, 2:39 am)The staff are super friendly, they always remember my and my husband’s names (shoutout to Nathaniel) and are so welcoming. Great personal training also (thanks Paige!). Favourite gym to work out at, great cleanliness efforts and awesome equipment!

They are constantly sanitizing the equipment and keeping us safe by ensuring that all members are compliant by wearing their masks. In addition, the staff are always friendly.

(October 2, 2020, 3:08 am)The nicest looking GoodLife Fitness! Staff are super friendly and the place is immaculate! There are two floors with hot yoga, spin, meditation rooms and two group fitness rooms.
On the lower level there are 9 squat racks with 4 platforms. Can’t go wrong here!
