(October 26, 2018, 12:13 am)I was at the store twice today- once to return a pair of boots ordered online that I had hoped would fit my daughter's ankle foot orthotics (for cerebral palsy). Jennifer was so helpful with the return and also suggesting other boots to try. I returned tonight with my daughter in tow and low and behold Jennifer was still there. She was super helpful yet again, especially when I tried on a pair of boots for my daughter and had two left feet! She quickly corrected the problem and we finally found a pair that work! Unfortunately this pair was not on clearance, however, Jennifer honored the sale price of these boots (sale ended yesterday). Talk about customer service!! Thank you Jennifer!!
