(October 5, 2018, 3:27 pm)TLC was amazing! We were so upset when we learned we brought home this burden from our last vacation. I called in a panic and was able to be seen within the hour! I can't believe Jenn got my 6 year old to sit still for 2 hours of combing when I can't even get my daughter to let me do her hair in the morning. She was very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. Jenn let us know what she was doing every step of the way and provided detailed instructions for follow-up. Thank you Jenn for helping us resolve this issue and doing it in the best way possible.

(August 27, 2018, 11:34 pm)Melissa took care of my two children, both of whom have had lice for a couple of weeks. She got rid of it and explained why the drug store products fail for this current predicament. The kids both seemed to enjoy watching the movie and wanted to stay. She gave me a follow up quick check up appointment and an action plan for the days ahead. Great Job.
