(October 31, 2017, 1:35 pm)I understand they are busy with mortgages etc. But my experience with them remembering tasks I requested is quite poor. Forgot a few big things I asked for as well as forgetting to cancel my credit card that I requested be disposed of once my mortgage was complete. Not too happy with the service but they got the job done I guess. Still providing slow service to this day for me..
