    Wonderful experience at this branch the other day. Had to go in to get my first credit card and everyone was super helpful.

    I understand they are busy with mortgages etc. But my experience with them remembering tasks I requested is quite poor. Forgot a few big things I asked for as well as forgetting to cancel my credit card that I requested be disposed of once my mortgage was complete. Not too happy with the service but they got the job done I guess. Still providing slow service to this day for me..
