  I would like to take a minute and thank the manager at the Pure and Simple location in Oakville. I have been a client with Pure and Simple for over 8 + years. I used to go to the Yorkville location when I lived downtown TO. Incredible service ever since. I would recommend the spa and products to anyone.
  Today was an extra special day for me. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and the manager just took me under her wing and assisted me, took time to educate me (she knows the products well) and spent the time talking to me. She is so kind and I’m always so happy to see her when I walk into the store. Quality service with such purity. Thank you ???? for today. I really appreciated my time in your store today. Looking forward to getting a facial once this baby is born.

  Had a great experience here in January 2019
  with 2 of my family members. We all had facials and the staff and services were exceptional!

  I came here last year when they first opened & got the Urban Renewal facial. It was amazing! I decided to treat myself recently as well to one of their specials (Glow Facial), and it was just as good. I love how they include mini massages while you have a mask on.
  I had Dea working on me and she was so friendly and informative. I would highly recommend booking with her!
  
  I wish they had more deals or cheaper options, as a facial runs high at $100+. Worth it for a splurge, but I wouldn't be able to keep up with these regularly for the price.

  I have been going to Pure & Simple the OM location for a year now and my experience has been everything short of a miracle.
  I had never struggled with acne skin but here I was with my wedding 7 months away and my face was going crazy!
  I have extremely sensitive skin and thus have experienced a lot of allergic reactions to products in the past so I was very nervous but Alex (the store manager) was incredible very confident in their treatments and very knowledgable. She carefully inspected my face and recommend nothing more than I needed. She did not push any additional products on me she kept it short and simple and it worked! By my wedding my face had cleared right up!
  Alex always goes above and beyond to ensure my face is getting the care it needs and making adjustments to suit my skin change be it weather or stress and always educating me along the way so I understand why I am using what she provides.
  The spa itself it's always clean and quiet, the staff are super friendly.
  This is the only place I would recommend to anyone simply put they're AMAZING!

  I love Pure and Simple Spa, Winston Churchill. Alex, the spa manager and makeup artist really went above and beyond for me during my makeup lesson. She gave me a great deal of her time, had such expertise and truly cares about her clients. I learned so much from her. I also had a truly relaxing facial with daya. Thank you and I will continue to go to P & S.
