  Lean Squad is amazing and Phil is truly dedicated to your success. He goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals and assist you in any way possible. The food is great with lots of options and the workouts are quick and effective and customized to your style. Phil is there along the way to celebrate your successes both big and small. Would recommend to anyone looking to make sustainable lifestyle changes to their diet and exercise!

  Lean Squad is an amazing program with incredible results. I never thought I could look this fit again, let alone 6 months post partum after baby #2. I feel so full of energy every single day - it's made me a better mom! And it has been so much fun doing the program together with my husband. We're better parents for it and Phil is extremely supportive every step of the way.

  Big shout out to Phil! I loved my delicious meal plan and found it easy to follow. Phil was helpful in modifying some of my workouts to accommodate a knee injury. I also love watching his Instagram videos- they are seriously funny ????.

  I had the pleasure of working with Phil for 9 months in 2017. I approached Phil because of his background in rugby and because he always seemed to be the fittest player on the pitch. When I began the Lean Squad program in March of 2017, I was 220lbs and soft around the mid-section... I wanted that impossible 6 pack that I couldn't find myself when I did the usual 4 day workout.
  
  Phil took me out of my comfort zone and provided me with a 3 month diet and exercise program with an emphasis on cleaning up my diet. The foods tasted great and the pounds were falling off my mid-section. I could see my abs for the first time ever. The workouts are tough, you sweat like crazy but I never felt draining for the rest of the day. I was leaner, lighter and more explosive. The Lean Squad workout made me a better rugby player and I felt better. I also finished the program at 195lbs. Not a big deal.

  Love this program! Phil's plan is fantastic. Highly addictive workouts and delicious meals. He is your best hype man. I'm down 20 lbs from my first 3 months, and will definitely be trusting Phil to help me look my leanest in my wedding dress soon!
