With all of the impact to small businesses from Covid-19, now more than ever, my wife and I try to buy from local small businesses whenever we can. What initially brought me to the store was the sign out front thanking people for supporting a local business! What blew me away was the fantastic selection and terrific staff. I don’t know a lot about barbecues, but Jake gave me a crash course in a way that never felt intimidating or pushy. He went above and beyond my expectations by providing a customer service experience that surpassed any I’ve had at a big box store. He helped me select a premium BBQ, some cool accessories, and even arranged to get me a cover from another location in time for me to pick up my barbecue the next day. One of the employees named Josh took time to ask what I wanted and to explain different options that they had available in a very informative manner. overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy/ learn more about barbecues.
