Kyle was a great furnace technician. He spent a good amount of time checking all of the safety features of our furnace, and found out why our humidifier had not been working well. He provided me with three different options to resolve it and helped me choose what was best (instead of being a pushy sales person). He left the area cleaner then when it was beforehand, and took all of the left over garbage with him.
I also love the feature of receiving a text with your drivers name + face and location before they arrive, so that we aren't just opening up our house to anyone.
Highly recommended!

I would like to especially compliment Eric, the technician who came for our furnace check-up today. He is just the friendliest technician and really knows his stuff. Eric checks everything most thoroughly and beyond expectations. Good for Atlas, and a special thanks to Eric!

Good reliable care of my furnace and air conditioning systems. New AC installed in March worked perfectly this summer. Service personnel polite, and give honest accurate opinions on condition of "elderly furnace". Excellent company. I would suggest outfitting trucks with snow tires. The truck's tires spun in our unplowed street in North Toronto yesterday! Given that the next delivery truck hit four parked cars, Atlas would be protecting itself.

Eric came at 9 am instead of noon about 1 1/2 hours after I called. . He was very courteous and thorough in his evaluation. He explained in detail the reason why the furnace was not working and reviewed previous visits to provide more information about what had been done in the past. He is a very pleasant person and extremely professional and efficient. I recommend him highly. He is excellent.
