The owner is extremely well-informed and helpful. Prices are comparable to what you'll search for online and in some cases more reasonable. This is my go-to store for any vacuum related issues, concerns, and purchases.

The owner of the shop is truly a good person. We bought our Central Vac system here when we moved into our new home in Aberfoyle. I have had it for 8 years now and had three issues with it. Twice he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the repair over the phone so that I would not have to pay for someone to come out which would have been a $150 charge each time. He walked me through testing the wires on the back of the unit and replacing a non working cover plate. Finally a warranty issue that he dealt with promptly. I really cannot say enough good things about him.

This guy is beyond amazing! I have an older vacuum that requires repairs about once a year and the fellow who runs this place does whatever he can to keep repair costs down (he even once told me how I could fix it myself, saving me the repair cost). It's rare to find such an honest repairman but I swear by this guy. I recommend him to all my friends too!
