The Roof Medic

After the last couple of rain storms we've experienced, I've had a leak in the master bedroom that was a result of missing shingles. I called The Roof Medic and within a couple of hours they were at the house and provided a detailed quote with a video to show me what's missing on the roof (it was a substantial amount of missing shingles). They said they can do it the next day and even match the color of the shingles exactly to what is currently on there. Needless to say, they did not disappoint. The repairs were done the next day as promised with the exact color and even sent a video of their completed work. Professional, responsive, experienced, and knowledgeable to say the least. Will definitely use again and I recommend to anyone looking for roof work.

The company's owner explained to me his full roofing process and patiently answered all my questions. He made a before and after video of my roof and the work his team did on it. I couldn't believe all the work they achieved on such an impressive timeline! A neighbour of mine had some repairs to his roof done recently and let me know that we were missing a few shingles as well. I thought I should definitely replace these so I did some research and found Roof Medic. Not only were they very friendly and professional, they were eager to come by quickly to see how they could help me out. I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the job. I was even shown a video of the before and after as well as my neighbours recent repairs. My neighbours repairs look like they were done very poorly and with little care and they even used different colour shingles. Amazing, I called Wednesday, he came Thursday, did the full repair and even matched my old shingles perfectly. He was polite and communicative the whole time and provided me with a really entertaining video of the work! Can't say enough good things - Mr Ahmed is a champion!
