(February 23, 2021, 2:50 am)Farah is a very kind, patient and compassionate person who truly wants to help people through the process of hypnosis. I was skeptical about it at first but she answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I didn't know if it would work via zoom meetings but she helped me to relax my mind and open myself up to becoming more motivated and to really get to the bottom of some of my core issues. If you are open to the possibility of hypnosis and truly getting into your own head, you will honestly be surprised at how effective it really is!

Farah is so kind, caring and supportive, she was amazing at explaining the whole process of how hypnosis works to assist with my weight loss, she was very patient and spent a lot of time answering my questions and making me feel comfortable. After one session I was behaving and eating in new ways without even thinking about it and that first week lost 2.5 pounds. It is a month now and I’ve lost 8 pounds , I make effortless healthy food choices and don’t feel any distress , worry or hunger about being on a diet, just a new way of being me. Farah thank you, you have a heart of gold and your kindness and dedication to helping others has permanently and positively impacted my life. While we were doing the session she made sure I was okay. After the session was over she checked on me not just on that day but on other days too. Farah went above and beyond. I highly recommend her.
