As first time home buyers, Sanjiv was a great choice for us. He explained the complete process to us thoroughly, with due patience and professionalism. He is also knowledgable in other aspects of real-estate business including mortgages, renovation and maintenance. He patiently accompanied us for 25+ property viewings. He was honest and looked after our interest all the way through. He talked us out of Properties that we loved and was even ready to make deposits, since he believed it was not a wise financial choice; and he was right. I would recommend Sanjiv to any first time home buyers or current property owners for their real-estate needs.
Sanjiv is an extremely patient realtor, which I feel is the most important quality a realtor should possess, so that you don't feel pressured/rushed into making any hasty decisions. We viewed ~20 properties together before I decided to put an offer on a property that I absolutely love! (and thanks to Sanjiv's professionalism and negotiation skills, the offer was accepted).
He also provides you with honest opinions and suggestions on properties, but leaves it to the customer to make the final decision. Sanjiv always takes on a positive approach before and after viewing multiple properties, of which some may have not met your expectations, so that you're not left feeling discouraged at the end of the day. If you're looking for a trustworthy realtor, who is willing to view multiple properties, while sticking to your requirements, then I'd highly recommend Sanjiv!
Being a first time buyer, I had no clue if it was right time to buy & invest in home/real-estate.
I heard about Sanjiv from one of my colleague at work. After I contacted Sanjiv things started rolling, with discussion where he explained about real estate market, different options available and most importantly understanding my need & budget. After the first meeting Sanjiv was more than a real estate agent, he had become a good friend. He was able to work around busy schedule and kept picked suitable & safe properties; and made finding a house easy and without any pressure.
