He was able to clearly articulate to me what I would need to keep my business running smoothly without overselling me on unnecessary equipment or services. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable but provides straightforward answers for the non-tech savy. They ensure that my critical systems are fully backed up and give expert onsite support whenever I need them. Recently the server the hosts our business critical software crashed, Outhouse IT were onsite the same morning, and had us back up and running with minimal loss of data within a matter of hours. I highly recommend them.
