(October 9, 2019, 4:47 pm)I decided to give this place a try despite the reviews and I am so beyond glad that I did. I have been going to New Leaf for a few months now and have only had positive experiences thus far. The psychologist I meet with is lovely and I have no plans of leaving. The reception ladies are wonderful too, always greeting me with a warm smile and helping me book more appointments. I feel bad for the people that gave this place poor reviews. They either did not put their own effort into their appointments or are too upset with themselves to see the good. I hope my review helps those that are looking for a psychologist. Therapy is not something they can do for you, you must put the work in yourself to be successful. Bless you all and your mental health.

(August 15, 2018, 12:16 pm)Like all therapy/counselling, you get what you put into it. I haven't encountered any of the issues that some of the other people writing reviews have, so I can't speak to that. My experience is that the counsellors at New Leaf are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, effective.
If only the cost could be covered by OHIP... :(
