(October 17, 2016, 9:33 pm)My boys don't dance or skip but, like every child, they need their exercise! So I enrolled them in the GOTC (Get off the Couch) stretch class. They're not always in a good mood when they head out of the house but they always come home happy, laughing and playing! Shelby, their teacher, is amazing!
