My exp in this company was good,i mean real good.i was new in country and new with construction and i said that to Richard,he took me give me fair salary and NEVER cut me off for hours like i read in coments above.with time i picked up easy what to do on end they even teached me how to drive bobcat.
when was end of season and i needed more work he provided me with extra work.
I enjoyed working there it was friendly environment and crew at that time was good also,i met couple of good buddies fun to work with.
If you are hard worker am sure your work will be noticed and rewarded.
