  I had a home birth the summer of 2021 with the Hawthorne Midwives. We were blown away by the support provided prenatal, during labour & birth and postpartum. My baby's home birth was exactly what I had hoped it would be thanks to the Hawthorne Midwives. They were professional, knowledgable, warm, caring and supportive. I would highly recommend the Hawhthorne midwives.

  Received such wonderful care every step of the way! Was so thankful for home visits after the baby was born. Love that I never felt rushed through my appointments. Was so sad when my baby and I graduated from their care at 6 weeks postpartum. They are the best!

  Lynn, Abigail and Karin.. all three of them have been wonderful and I am so lucky to have found them. I had just moved to Canada so it was so new so alien for me. I was 5 months pregnant and had no clue about any doctor or healthcare. I was lucky enough to hear about Hawthorne midwives and got registered with them. Not for a minute did they let me feel like I was in an alien place. All my questions answered all my concerns addressed. The support and care I got from them was amazing. I ended up with a c section but the midwives were there. They made sure I did not feel alone. I am forever indebted to them for making the birth process for me in a new country so smooth and easy.

  My husband and I are so grateful to have had Abigail, Karin, and Lynn as our midwives! They are professional, experienced, and so easy to get along with. We had a home birth with them for our first child and would do it exactly the same. We felt like we were in capable, caring hands at each point in the journey. Highly recommend! :-)
