  Steve is absolutely THE BEST,
  After having Steve being recommended to me by a co-worker, my wife and I decided to give him a try. Now that we found our home, let me tell you that there is no better professional to have on your side. He is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and available. He is also a great negotiator, and from time to time a great psychologist. Finding a new home can be a very stressful and emotional experience but knowing that Steve always had our back made the experience so much more enjoyable.
  I will recommend him to everybody I know. Steve, THANK YOU for all your help. We consider you a friend and we hope to have the chance to work with you in the future.

  We had such a great experience working with Steve Bulativic! His knowledge and his attention to our needs made the experience of selling and buying a home such a wonderful experience!

  Helped us find our first home and negotiated us a great deal. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very concise and explained how the buying process works to us first time buyers.   Our first experience selling and buying a home was nerve-racking, stressful and unpleasant but my wife and I lucked out the second time around with Steve. Steve provided the most trustworthy, attentive, and knowledgeable real estate service imaginable. He still keeps in touch, provides useful tips on home maintenance and upkeep and even remembers our kids names! Steve is terrific.
